At Sacred Sip Co, our goal is to deliver our fresh, small-batch roasted coffee to your doorstep at peak quality. Please review our shipping practices, timelines, and rates below before placing your order.

1. Freshness & Processing Timelines
We do not stock pre-ground, stale coffee on shelves. Every order is freshly packed and processed on a strict schedule: 
  • Processing Time: Orders typically require 3-5 business days to be roasted, packaged, and prepared for shipping. 
  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or national holidays will begin processing on the next available business day
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 1-5 business days after leaving our roastery.
  • Free Shipping: On orders over $70.00
3. Domestic Destinations
  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. 
4. Tracking Your Fresh Coffee
The moment your coffee leaves our facility, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email. 
  • Tracking Link: This email includes a direct tracking link provided by our carrier.
  • Activation Time: Please allow 24-48 hours for the shipping carrier to scan your package and update the tracking status on their website. 
5. Address Changes 
  • Incorrect Addresses: Please verify your shipping address during checkout. We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee address changes can be made after an order is placed. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
